Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited has announced a strategic partnership with Mercantile Pakistan to improve customer access to the Apple MacBook Neo in Pakistan’s growing digital technology market.
The collaboration aims to make the premium laptop more accessible through PTCL’s established digital ecosystem, including its Flash Fiber website and dedicated customer support channels.
Under the partnership, customers purchasing the Apple MacBook Neo through PTCL platforms will receive vouchers worth Rs30,000 as part of a structured incentive program. In addition, subscribers of Flash Fiber will also benefit from a complimentary 100 Mbps internet bolt-on for a period of 12 months.
The initiative reflects growing efforts by both companies to expand access to high-end technology products in Pakistan while strengthening the country’s evolving digital economy. The agreement also highlights PTCL’s strategy of expanding beyond traditional telecommunications services into broader digital lifestyle and technology solutions.
Commenting on the development, Amad Khan, Vice President Wireline at PTCL, stated that the company’s digital platforms have consistently delivered value-added services to customers. He added that the collaboration with Mercantile Pakistan addresses increasing consumer demand for the latest technology products through reliable and trusted platforms.
Meanwhile, Mercantile Pakistan Chief Executive Officer Nauman Durrani said the company remains focused on increasing the reach of Apple technology products across Pakistan. He noted that PTCL’s strong customer base and digital infrastructure make it an ideal strategic partner for the initiative.
Apple products continue to witness growing popularity in Pakistan, particularly among students, professionals, freelancers, and technology enthusiasts seeking premium computing solutions.
Industry experts believe such partnerships between telecom operators and technology distributors could further accelerate digital adoption, online connectivity, and access to advanced computing devices in Pakistan’s expanding digital marketplace.
The alliance also strengthens PTCL’s position as an integrated information and communication technology provider, extending its role from connectivity services to broader digital enablement solutions for consumers and businesses alike.
