vivo X300 Ultra Battery and Charging Specs Surface Ahead of Its Global Launch

The highly anticipated vivo X300 Ultra continues to generate momentum as new details emerge ahead of its official unveiling. Although the launch is not expected this year, vivo is clearly moving through the final certification stages for its flagship device. The latest confirmation comes from China, where a handset listed under model number V2536A has been approved with support for 100W fast charging.

According to the certification filing, the phone will support 100W USB PPS charging rated at 20V and 5A. This places the charging speeds on par with vivo’s FlashCharge technology, hinting at rapid top-ups even for a device expected to house a significantly larger battery.

A recent leak reinforces this expectation by claiming that the vivo X300 Ultra will carry a massive 7,000mAh battery. If accurate, this would mark a substantial jump from its predecessor, the X200 Ultra, which shipped with a 6,000mAh cell alongside 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

The current vivo X300 Pro in China features a 6,510mAh battery, while its global counterpart is equipped with a smaller 5,440mAh unit. A similar regional difference may apply to the X300 Ultra as well, though specific details for global markets have yet to be confirmed. What is clear, however, is that the X300 Ultra is expected to launch internationally.

Camera hardware is shaping up to be another major highlight. The device will reportedly incorporate two 200MP sensors: a 1/1.12-inch primary camera and a 1/1.4-inch telephoto sensor, an ambitious setup even among recent flagship standards. Complementing these high-resolution lenses is a 50MP ultra-wide camera equipped with a 1/1.28-inch sensor, which surpasses the size of the main camera sensors seen in some premium models.

Performance-wise, the Ultra variant is expected to depart from the Dimensity 9500 chipset featured in other X300 models. Instead, it will reportedly adopt the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, positioning the phone squarely in the top tier of upcoming flagship releases.

Industry insiders suggest the vivo X300 Ultra will debut toward the end of the first quarter next year. With the X200 Ultra arriving in April during its generation, a similar launch window appears likely.

As more certifications appear and leaks continue to refine expectations, the vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be one of the most feature-rich devices in vivo’s lineup, combining premium hardware with what may be the largest battery the series has seen to date.
