3rd Digital Pakistan Cybersecurity Hackathon 2023 Kicks Off
The third edition of the Digital Pakistan Cybersecurity Hackathon 2023 has been launched in Karachi, Pakistan. The hackathon is a nationwide event that aims to identify and nurture cybersecurity talent in the country.
The hackathon will be held in six cities across Pakistan: Karachi, Lahore, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and Islamabad. The top three teams from each city will compete in the final competition, which will be held in Islamabad in December.
The hackathon will focus on a variety of cybersecurity topics, including penetration testing, web application security, network security, social engineering, wireless network security, cloud security, mobile device security, and incident response.
The hackathon is being organized by Ignite, a state-owned non-profit company that is tasked with promoting innovation and entrepreneurship in Pakistan.
The hackathon is expected to attract hundreds of participants from across the country. The top three teams will win cash prizes of Rs3 million.
